1. Accommodation for Groups Ltd (AFG) act as agents for the owners of the accommodation, details of which are published by AFG on its website, brochures and other forms of publication.
2. The contract for the accommodation is between AFG’s customer (you) and the owner of the accommodation (the owner).
3. We charge the owner a commission for introducing you to the owner which is included in the charges made by the owner to you.
4. Any details set out of the properties on our website, in our brochures or in other publications are as far as we can reasonably ascertain, true and accurate at the date of publication. We do not however accept responsibility for any errors or misdescriptions arising due to inaccurate information given to us by the owners of the property, or due to modifications made by the owners to their property since the last time that we inspected the property.
5. For the avoidance of doubt, AFG do not accept responsibility for any failure by the owner of the property to keep the property properly maintained or in a good state of cleanliness and repair, or to ensure that the contents are in good working order.
6. If you have any complaints as regards the property, you should address your complaints to the owner. That notwithstanding, in order to assist us in monitoring the standards of properties which we publicise to our satisfaction, you are requested to copy any complaints to AFG.
7. We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage suffered by you or a member of your party or to your or their property except where such loss or damage is due to our negligence. In the unlikely event that we are negligent, liability will be limited to the loss or damage which was reasonably foreseeable as a result of our negligence.
8. We do not accept liability to customers acting in the course of a business for losses, profits, business contracts, goodwill or other similar losses for any reason whatsoever.
9. If you book accommodation with one of the owners whose properties we publicise, then it may be the case that we obtain personal information about you. On occasion, we may use that information to provide you with information that we think you may find valuable. If you would rather not receive such information, please let us know.
10. In the event that any of these terms are deleted or declared void, the rest of the terms shall continue with the same effect and force.
11. These terms shall be governed by English law in every particular including formation and interpretation and shall be deemed to have been made in England.
